1. Object

These Terms of Service regulate the conditions of sale and use of the products offered by Casas de Madera Bálticas y Canalones del Sur, SL through the website www.casasdemaderabalticas.com , mainly prefabricated wooden house kits.

2. Scope of application

Unless otherwise stated in these general conditions, all sales made by the Company are governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) .

3. Prior knowledge of the product

The CUSTOMER is presumed to have been familiar with the specific information for each product before placing any order. This information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Product description
  • Technical sheet
  • Assembly instructions
  • Recommendations for use

These documents are available on the Company's official website for download and viewing.

4. Conditions for custom-made products

In the case of custom-made products, the order must include:

  • Technical drawings
  • Specs
  • Detailed instructions

These elements must be approved by both parties , the CUSTOMER and the SELLER, before manufacturing begins. Approval implies formal acceptance of the terms and conditions of the customized product.

5. Regulatory compliance (CTE)

Our standard buildings do not comply with all provisions of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE) . For projects requiring compliance with the CTE, it is strongly recommended that the CLIENT consult with a local architect to adapt the project individually and in agreement.

6. Assembly

The Company does not have its own assembly team.
Any installation or assembly service will be handled by third parties outside the Company, so the Company assumes no liability for errors or damages caused during the assembly process by external personnel.

7. Update of conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time . Any changes will be duly published on our website and will be deemed accepted by the CUSTOMER if they continue using our services or place new orders.
